New Look and Playable Level


I've been working on refining the controls a bit. I removed the double jump for now and adjusted the wall jump mechanics. Before the player could use the wall jump to climb up walls, but now there is a delay in the input after a wall jump.

I also updated a lot of the sprites. I decided to use a thicker outline on everything. There are 3 new tilesets; bricks, dirt, and gray. The dirt tileset has some randomization on some of the tiles to make it look less blocky. I also added some grass tiles with randomized height. The enemy sprites have been updated to be a spider and a bat. The bouncy mushroom has been changed to a bouncy pad. There is a collectable gem. There are secret walls that fade in and out when you interact with them. I added a collectable gem but nothing happens when you collect it yet.

The demo is now a playable level with a beginning and end.
